" Action's speaks louder then words." . I think people get it confused! They must have thought it's the other way round. Pity . Such a pity . I hate to despise other's , but somehow , getting a simple phrase wrong makes it otherwise. Maybe , they don't understand simple English , or , they think they are too smart for their own good . Remember , It's the same as " Rank is what you wear , Respect is what you earn." . Do not think because having a higher authority means people must respect you . Bullshit . Earn them , and i mean really earn them . Earn them by doing what you have said and not just give directions . Talk is cheap , while actions are priceless .
